Usually it is also easier to file suit where the business is. If you win your case it is less headache and faster for you to get the county the defendant lives in to accept the judgment. Less time for the defendant to hide assets, ect....

I have been reading in and out of this whole complete thread. I mainly lurk on forums. I have talked to several people who has gotten screwed and my story is the same only a little different in the balance owed. One person was fortune enough to get a few items in exchange for the balance due. There is no need to bore anyone with basically the same story.

J Tran and Amber are the best!!! After being screwed by SGP and sitting with a check hotter than Texas weather I decided to call up Johnny. As anyone who has dealt with Johnny will have had the same if not better experience than what I have gotten. I met up ordered a few parts and received a phone call a week later with my parts that have came in which to many is no big deal but after getting screwed by other shops its refreshing to hear. While there visiting Johnny and Amber he actually showed me the parts I ordered unlike Mark where "oh they are at my house." Customer service is top notch I guess I'm considered more old fashion but when Johnny says he will do something he delivers.

All I can say about Mark is yes he has my money and if i were to do anything to him I would loose everything I have. So not worth it.

This John L. character is a complete douche where my facts on him are proven though copies of a cashier's check to them. Where I was one of the fortune ones to get paid back but 2 and half years after the fact. Like Johnny said there could be another thread about him.

Guys...
I have been in communication with Jeremy/PowerFab.....I know the entire story...the good news is Mark is not there anymore. Mark was only there to borrow PowerFab's lift to complete some of the cars that were in a mess. I know this is old news...but I heard it directly from Jeremy.

Jeremy was not aware of the drama that followed Mark...he corrected that mistake when he found out.

At this point my car will be sent to PowerFab after its finished at FP.....Jeremy has given me in writing that Mark Bush is not and will not be allowed in his shop....especially when my car is there.


Is a fact...mark is now at Hennessey... They belong together. If we are lucky....Mark will do to John what he has done to his customers......Lets keep our fingers crossed
