OP owned. Posting just in case he comes back as another screenname. I don't mind calling out a shop as I've done it but I also kept the thread in control and never bash anybody. Stating facts and actions is one thing but OP is FIAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really? I didn't get that memo. I guess that could be seen as a pun on the on the word. I'm sorry I didn't think of that before. I don't automatically assume that everyone is as clever as you'd like to think they are because you may not have noticed this but there really are quite a lot of stupid people on this planet. In fact you might be one of them.
Now before you start thinking about some sort of less than witty retaliation for my sudo insult to your internet pride let me first stress the words "Might Be" from my before comment. Depending on your next post you could actually solidify your placement as one more of those stupid people you seen to understand so well. Be careful. The whole internet world is watching.
Stings a bit don't it smart a$$?

While I've never had any work done by AAM, I do have several of their parts on my car. What I don't understand is why AAM would not have tried to protect themselves as much as possible for this kind of out come. Knowing said vehicle is in that kind of shape before hand should immediatley throw up a red flag especially when their shop has had prior situations like this. Is there not a "work order" or some kind of document that describes what the customer wants or the shop is willing/able to do? Some kind of written agreement with a signature?!
