I've been trying to complete the PL turbo install myself and I'm stumped. I did some forward research and found a guide from CJM that says I have to modify the pump using drills/files.
To other Walbro owner's... did you have to do this modification to your pumps?
I will be getting a Return Fuel System installed after I get the kit running.

Yep found out that the mods are unnecessary but just recommended.
I am still going to do the jet mod but not regulator since I will be running a return fuel system.
Doesn't seem too bad really.
Just need some dremel drill bits, files, and some patience.

I called up Function Tuned and they told me that it's okay to just drive over with the stock fuel pump with 600 cc injector's as long as I don't go into boost.
So.. looks like i'm loading up a powerlab 600cc map then basically granny the car to FT for tuning and RFS install
