Big Props to Marty@Injected Performance

He's a customer. He has a huge build in-progress with them. Obviously, he wouldn't take his car there for a build like his unless he trusted them and felt they provide good customer service. He and I both probably will have a little difficulty in reaching Intense this week as well. I won't sweat it, since Han, Darren, and Pete have always taken care of us in the past.
Damn...this reminds me. I left my slicks, chalks, drive-up ramps, and cleaning products there! Maybe I'll remember to pick them up next week. Now what kids toys/bikes/cars should I throw out to make room in the garage...?

First, all they had to do is drop ship a set of injectors from Deatcshwerks and everything would have been taken care of. They decided not to help out our customer or Injected. From what I have heard from other vendors there are always parts missing from the Powerlab kit. One vendor was missing a turbo out of their kit.
They refused to drop ship a set of injectors because they had them in stock. If they are building so many kits these days what is one set of injectors?

The kit was bought from Injected.
OP- I'm a bit confused. Who did you buy the kit from? You didn't state that in the post. If it was purchased from Intense, then I see your point. If not, then I must be missing something.
Also, I must vouch for Pete at Intense. He has helped me out immensely. He went way beyond to help me get a good set of slicks from another member on here.
I am not a nuthugger, and never even get involved in this type of conversation. I simply think that Pete deserves some credit for the great customer service he has provided to me and others on here in the past. I realize you were bashing him, so this isn't an argument, just letting you know that you should give him and Intense a chance.

Well, you admitted to being an Injected nuthugger, and your in a "Props to Injected" thread, so.... I guess there here.
Back on track, to the OP. Glad you got everything straightened out. You will be totally stoked when your Z is up in running with BOOOOOOST!!
+1 for Injected providing excellent customer service. It good to see vendors in this industry going above and beyond to take care of the customer.
I didn't think it was neccessary to "attack", and I use that world lightly not in its full context, Intense or Powerlab in this case. You purchased the kit from Injected... Did they have a tuner kit in-stock and you purchased a full kit? Did they have a Full-Kit, but were missing the injectors? A lot of questions could be asked, but they are not neccessary. Intense was closed for SEMA (Stated), and then they were moving into a new location (Stated). Could they have called Deaschwerks? Probably... But I don't think that equals poor/bad customer service. They just weren't in the position to go "above and beyond" this time (Which I have seen them do many times in the past). I'm sure they didn't refuse to ever send you the injectors. You probably would have waited a few extra days.
Again, big thumbs up to Injected for gettting the injectors to the OP. Again, big thumbs up to the OP for future POWA!!

My apologies, I wasn't referring to you regarding the "bashing"

WOW... I just lost a lot of respect for Injected Performance today.
It was completely unnecessary to take opportunistic cheap shots at Intense while they are closed and in the process of moving.
Impatience and vendor rivalry FTL

Injected went to SEMA too and was closed, but they managed to inform me, a customer (my car was there for tuning and turbo install) that this was going on and ask if there was anything else they could do for me, once upon their return they stayed much past closing time to see that my car was ready for me to pick up, I know was there first hand. I just got my car back!

How is it bad on injecteds part? They asked 4 help bc the kit was missing sumthing and the manufacturers said.... NO. Those post dont need to be held towards Injected or and esp Marty. If i just bought a 5K+ kit from a vendor and it was missing stuff i would be pissed to esp when the vendor cant solve the prob bc others wont hold up their end of the bargain. And since they fab these kits up in house im sure they 4get things in certain kits. No biggie accidents happen. But it is a biggie when the fabber dont wanna admit they messed up and help out

wow, I understand why the customer was frustraded and i give props to marty for helping him out, what i dont understand is why the need for injected to throw Intense under the bus like that
We are talking about a big move here fellas, i mean...how hard is it for peopel to understand you cant do business if all your products computers, system is packed up and you dont have proper accounting system access yet so you cant even get everything processed. THIS IS NO NEWS THEY HAVE ANNOUNCE ON THEIR SITE AND HERE THAT THEY ARE MOVING. That is where this have been this part couple of week and they have tried to use sema to help them move the bigger harder parts.
They have not responded to this thread yet because they still are just trying to get up to speed and helping the customers out and not wasting time on threads like this. Easy for some to take this oportunity to try hit somebody with their backs turned...
Greg how long have you had this kit in your hands? about 2 months right? and you just found out about the injectors...this issue could have been taken care of a long time ago not right when people are offline focusing on getting things moved.

Quicksilver,
I was not aware that we had to inventory a kit to look over the manufacturer's build. Do we do it with Greddy, APS, etc.? How many shops do you know that opens each box and inventory the build sheet when it arrives, especially when our last order with APS was upwards of $100k. You know how long it would take for us to inventory every turbo kit that arrived in that container? We did not throw Intense "under the bus." as you say. We did not start this thread.
Marty spoke with Peter at PowerLab yesterday regarding the injectors. He refused to drop ship injectors from Deatchwerks to the customer. We took care of it. That was the end of it for us. We would deal with Powerlab at a later time regarding receiving a credit for the correct injectors or the injectors themselves. The customer posted the issue. You do not need accounting software to call up a vendor to drop ship an item to get a customer on the road sooner rather than later.
They have not responded to this thread but Marty and I both have received numerous instant messages today regarding this thread. Why is that? Powerlab needs to apologize to the customer and that will be the end of the thread. PERIOD.
