Hellos and Salutations,
This reply will acknowledge all persons involved in the transaction that took place between the OP, Injected and Intense. As the product was originally purchased from Intense by Injected, we take full responsibility for the failure to:
A. Include the injectors in the kit
B. Drop ship the injectors next day air from Deatchwerks to the OP
C. Reply promptly to this thread
I will address all of the above issues one by one:
A. The issues regarding parts getting left out of the turbo kits has now been remedied. It is NOT Injected, nor anyone else's responsibility other than ours to inspect and recheck that every single item has been included in the shipment.
To clarify a statement that I now believe to have been deleted: we did ship a turbo separate to a company who ordered a PowerLab GT35R 350z kit because the turbo at that time was on back order from Garrett. The turbo shipped a few days later and the purchasing company was aware of it before hand.
B. This was the second failure of ours in this order. A phone call to Deatchwerks advising them to send the injectors next day air is protocol in a situation like this. Having not been privy to the conversation that Pete had with Marty at IP yesterday, I'm third party to the discussion, but from what I've learned of the facts now, this mess would never exist had the RIGHT decision been made to drop ship next day air the injectors. This is literally the crux of the issue at hand. ALL manufacturers from time to time forget a part or parts, especially in products that have multiple multiple pieces. I think that (and I hope others that have seen the detail and quality of this kit) the end users who have seen this kit will agree that PowerLab went to great lengths to make sure that each and every piece of hardware is labeled and bagged so as to keep it organized during installation.
C. We have been aware of this thread since late yesterday. Getting all of the details of the original transaction sorted out, I.E. -- putting together all of the notes from Pete and IP's conversation yesterday, as well as getting Han's (the owner of Intense) input in light of his convo with Marty and Greg, and finally discussing it all with Marty and Greg -- all of this while moving a 10,000sq/ft 10 year old business and fielding PM's, emails, and customers phone calls, delayed this post.
To the OP, whom I have already PM'd with a formal apology for our multiple failures in this transaction with IP: This whole mess is on us. IP is a high class shop and tuner and deserves all of the recognition for going above and beyond to facilitate acquiring your injectors when we clearly failed to do so. It is unfortunate, to say the least, that you had to deal for 1 second with this. You have our sincerest apology sir. Anything that we can do for you in the future, please don't hesitate -- we always make good on our bad
Last, to the carnage that was created in this thread from those "eating popcorn" and supporting their side, we would like to let bygones be bygones and end this now. We have apologized formally to both IP and their customer, and would like to hope that, this thread would not exist if the extenuating circumstances of our move wouldn't have skewed our judgment to wait to ship the injectors from our inventory next week when we have access to it.
Hopefully the OP's next post will put the proverbial "period" on this..
Thanks again IP! You guys are a class act!

Haha...coming from you..its no big deal. I guess they've been moving for a long time huh? You are the biggest sh*t talker on this forum.Ive never seen a useless post made by you yet. You run your mouth without even owning a running PL/ProEFI car..which makes you an even bigger joke. Ive dealt with both shops and have nothing but 100% good things to say about Injected..and pretty much the complete opposite about Intense. You think your helping them by trash talking everyone who makes an opinion..in reality your only making them look worse..as well as any others "making excuses" for their short comings in customer service.

Nice response Darren. Really it was. Not enough people take responsibility for mistakes. This seemed pretty minor to an unbiased person like myself, but at least you acknowledged even a small error on your part. I think the rest was well explained.
Kudos to you for taking responsibility, to the OP for having the good fortune of installing the kit on his car, and to Marty for stepping up for his customer while this was resolved.

Well, it seems like all things have been made right by the vendors and everything has been clarified. Let's not add fuel to a dying fire. Thread closed.
