Default ses light p0507 engine idle higher than expected help!

ok i have an 03 z with a vortech kit 3.12 pulley and ss box ever since install i have had a ses light on with code p0507 which is engine idle higher than expected or something of that nature. i have tried everything i know to try and not had any luck.i gotta get this figured out very soon because my emissions is due next month. so far i have tried all the throttle reset procedures, installed a new tb, checked for vaccume/boost leakes, cleaned and check maf, and made sure all ss box wiring is correct. my car is running very rich i was told the ss box was tuned for 13psi before i installed it and im only running 9psi. my aem uego reads 10.0 at wot which i know is not good could this cause the ses light and my car to "idle too hight"? the odd thing is my car is not idling very high usually around 950rpm which seems like it is barely idleing even at that.. does anyone have any insight to what i could do to take care of this before next month? i would really love to get it tuned to fix the rich problem but i dont have money now and probably wont until spring so if that is the cause does anyone have any possible solutions?

I'm in the same boat and due for inspection this December. 950rpm is high.. are you sure you did the Idle relearn right? I thought I have done the procedure right and the code keep coming back after a few miles of driving or 10 mins of idling. It took me 5 tries to get it working, you will know you got it right when your idle start to drop around 750rpm or lower. If your RPM is still above 900rpm then you didnt do it right.

Make sure get a stop watch and follow the exact procedure.

Accelerator Pedal Release Position Learning
1) Leave ACC pedal "as is”
2) Turn IGN switch “ON” – at least 2 sec
3) Turn IGN switch “OFF” – at least 10 sec
4) Turn IGN switch “ON” – at least 2 sec
5) Turn IGN switch “OFF” – at least 10 sec

Wait 10 sec for next procedure

Throttle Valve Closed Position Learning
1) Leave ACC pedal “as is”
2) Turn IGN switch “ON” – appr 3-4 sec
3) Turn IGN switch “OFF” – at least 10 sec

Wait 10 sec for next procedure

Idle Air Volume Learning
1) Leave ACC pedal “as is”
2) Start engine and warm up to operating temp – temp gauge around middle
3) Turn IGN switch “OFF” – at least 10 sec
4) Turn IGN switch “ON” – 3 sec
5) Fully depress and release ACC pedal – 5 times within 5 sec
6) Wait 7 sec
7) Fully depress ACC pedal for appr 20 sec – during this time CEL blinks
8) When CEL light is “ON”, not blinking – fully release ACC pedal
9) Turn the engine “ON” within 3 sec
10) Start engine and idle
11) Wait 20 sec
12) Rev engine 2-3 times and check IDLE and TIMING

go in with a consult and lower the RPM's manually...your dealer can do this.

And for the love of sweet Baby Jesus, get tuned
