The new look:

Made a tough call today and decided to drive the car the 45 minutes north to the show. I called a flatbed hauler and it was $160 one way
and then reserved a U-Haul car carrier for $55, but my guys at work that helped me load it last time said that since the car has been lowered there is zero chance of it going on/off smoothly.
The car will be all messed up from the drive up, but hopefully there will be a few of us to help get it cleaned up and ready for the show
.

Its soooooo much blue, my eyes!!!!!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cass-lowered Z + uhaul trailer = no problems with some 2X4's and 2 friends
Get front on, with 2 friends, one on each side setting wood up infront of wheels before it gets on trailer. Then move the wood infront of rear tire as the middle of car is about to get stuck. Get the rear tires onto the pull out ramps and STOP.
ghetto time ---> get two jacks and put under center of pull out stands and lift the car from the stands to form a straight path for you to SLOWLY drive forward. Get off ramps, put em away and your done. No scraping, just some tedious jacking up and down of the rear stands as they hold your money pit.
It sucks and its not safe but Ive done it 3X now on and off with no issues !

Old set-up with some driver weight and strapped down......similar to the ride height of it moving at ~60mph with driver:

I like the new look Chris.....hopefully the weather starts looking up (this snow is getting ridiculous!) and some meets can get set-up.

Berto - I only have one jack and was somewhat worried about looking like a special needs person if I got to the show and went through all that to get the car down ![Embarrassment](https://my350z.com/forum/images/smilies/redface.gif)
Also, I'm hard pressed to find 2 people that can get back to my place in the sticks middle of the day on a Friday.
Glex - Good idea, but there is no curb off the driveway and there is a foot of snow at least on everything but the driveway.
If the snow wouldn't have basically crushed the month in sales I would have just paid the flatbed guy the $160.
Thanks Mike
Thanks Goblin, and yes its way too much snow, I spent 2 hours today shoveling the driveway again, its almost down to the surface now.
Thanks Cridda, I did the lips in the satin silver to match the door handles ![dunno](https://my350z.com/forum/images/smilies/dunno.gif)
I agree, I can't say I like it a lot better than the previous setup, but its unique and I'm sure it will grow on me.
Go die in a fire Keith
I'm getting in touch with my inner metrosexual, matching socks are next.

Hilarious Jeffie
I just emailed that pic to a few of my friends that aren't into cars and told thm I'm trying some new stickers for the show.
Too much money spent to make them the way they are right now to change anything, I'll rock them like this for this season and re-evaluate things next winter. Besides, it will give me a chance to see how well the paint holds up to road wear.
Oh, and my camera blows goats, you can see the difference between the washed out color on my pics and te vibrant color on the ones Mike took with his real camera, Jeffie's too. I should have some pics from pre-show setup tonight.
