well you are right mistakes do happen and i am glad that frank offered what he did and will take care of it. mistakes like that should not happen but when they do its nice to see somebody stand behind and take care of the situation hands down... its definately uncharacteristic for frank to make that type of mistake..
waiting for the big numbers now...

Nice to see its boosting Cass first 350z in the world running a Vi-PEC. I am sure you just want to drive it but let me know if you get crazy with the features the V-88 has. Traction control, flat shift, progressive boost ect, ect. It looks like I am a ways away from getting my turbos....but last week I had my Vi-PEC installer over at my house wiring all kinds of fancy features in. I hope we made the right choice on EMS despite all the naysayers.

......I will now add Frank/Hills Garage to my list of shops that stand behind their work......Keep up the good work Frank.

Good deal Cass...I heard that BOV before I left I knew you were boosting finally. Actually got it on video...your car actually sounds almost like a mean V8 going down the road. Had to cut out in a hurry...wish I could have hung out and seen the progress first hand.

I will call Sharif this week and get an update. I thought I would him some time to recover from Z-days and get caught up on his day to day before bothering him.....not sure if you still have the 700bbs but last week they crossed my mind a few times.

Sorry for the hijack Cass.

I waited this long for the 30s whats another few weeks/month I just hope I am on the road by the end of summer (the car is usually parked by mid October).

Mikes not mocking the 30s I bought his....I think he would rather see me run them than the 28s (he was selling both at one time).

I have the V-88 wired in to the speed sensors on the wheels so we are going to try to run traction control that way I think it should work similar to the external device Mike is going to be running on his new set up. I have an electronic boost valve (autronic makes it) that we are wiring into the V-88 as well and if the traction control isnt what its supposed to be we will try progressive boost. Also i have/had the launch control working before pulling the engine the V-88 will run my meth injection as well. I can't live with out flat shift that will be enabled so I will let you know how everything works/how I like them if I have mine all set up before yours vice versa if you get yours all set up first let me know what you like/dont like.

Nice meeting you and your boys. Also nice meeting a few of the true Mid-A OGs - Brent and Mike. I wish I would have felt better and I would have felt more like talking.

Will do Sylvan . I may try the flat shift too, but I'm wary of doing anything to possibly break the car right away. I am excited to see if it can deliver on some of the driveability, how much like stock can it be? Mine is set to control the meth right now and should adjust automatically if its turned off or runs low.

If the ECU does deliver it can drive EXACTLY like stock.

My car with the pro-efi, you'd never guess anything was done when driving normal (except for clutch). Drives just like/better than stock.

Congrats Cass. Glad it was a relatively quick fix and you can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel! Drive carefully and enjoy the well-deserved boost.
