Default Forged Performance: 2008 Business Update and Year in Review!

As we close out 2008, I wanted personally thank all of our customers for another terrific year. Depsite tough economic times for a lot of businesses, our sales grew by nearly 30% in 2008.

With all the talk lately, and announcements of shop closures, I felt it important to tell you that Forged Performance is staying put....right where we are. Our business is healthy, and expanding into new markets such as the Mitsubish Evo, the Nissan GT-R, and upcoming 370Z. We are among the largest Nissan tuning shops in the country, and have a thriving internet/mail order parts business as well. In additional to tuning certifications in FCON, Haltech, and Motec, we became one of two facilities in the country, with Cobb AccessPort Professional Tuning certification for the R35 GT-R. In ONE short year, we came the 2nd largest Volk wheel distributor in the entire country, and the largest on the Eastern half of the US! All while turning out dozens and dozens of project car buildups, with nearly a dozen making over 600whp+.

In our free time, I drove the Forged Performance 350Z TT Time Attack car, to a runner-up spot in the National points chase for RWD Unlimited Class...our first year out!

With THREE A++ rated full time technicians, we finally have the dream team of techs I have been looking for. With the help of myself, Sandy, Ryan, and Aaron up front, we continue to deliver the top notch customer service that you all demand. Of course, we aren't perfect, nor free from mistakes. But in those rare instances, we I have always stood behind our work and our actions, to the best of our ability.

On behalf of the entire staff, I wanted to wish you all a Happy Holiday season and a prosperous 2009.

Great work buddy.

I feel diversification and quality is the key to growing a business, and you seem to have hit on both of those. You guys do fantastic work, and I wish you nothing but the absolute best for 2009.

Maybe post a few pics of some of the cars you've wrapped up this year, like Mike and Tyler's.

I remembered when you first joined the forum and didn't know squat about cars. Weren't you GQ626 or something? "Not a model" was your title?

Well congrats, I'll be taking my Z to you at some point I'm sure.

Congrats to the success that is well deserved. See you in the morning to raise that profit margin a little more. By the way you forgot to mention the G37 market lol.

Well, we've been working on those for over a year, so I didn't consider it an emerging market anymore!

But I stand corrected.

I have always had great customer service when I order parts from you guys. It has grown into a trust that i greatly appreciate. Pretty much every part I mail ordered has been through you guys and I always get what i pay for and great customer service. Plus i really like how you guys take the time to answer my questions even on when i didnt order anything and treated me the same as if i was. I wish you guys a great holiday and look forward to future dealing with you all. So I in turn thank you and your staff.

btw- Big shot out to Sandy for her great attention to detail/customer service. I dont know how but she always remembers conversations and people, and has the best customer service i have ever experienced. I remember calling up there to order something and she wasnt there, so i just called back later until she was in (no disrespect to the other staff). Thats how comfortable I am with her, and how much i love her customer service..lol
