Some people love to kick someone when they are down. I heard nothing but good things about JT until this thread started. If JT cut prices to compete, well so what. It is done everyday in all types of businesses. It is called a free market in this country.

You as a consumer have "free will" to take your car anywhere you want and pay whatever you can negotiate. If you are unhappy with his service pick your car up and take it somewhere else.

I talked to JT this morning and he is doing great. As usual he is at the shop 24/7 finishing things up and has no interest in coming on here right now to listen to the BS and the haters. Big things are in the near future for him and as we know he will be back at the top soon. For those that are kicking him while he's "supposedly down" thats a big mistake. He has the memory of an elephant and I'm sure he won't forget about some of you guys that are bashing him.

I agree with you 100% on everything you've said man. He's a good guy and I think he just got caught up in an exploding business while learning business management on the fly and trying to work on cars at the same time.

However, what does this mean? Do elephants have especially good memory?

I'm sure no one would be heartbroken if you drank a big cup of it yourself and your internet connection broke for a few months. But what do I know, you are the resident expert on everything, lol. I'm sure you had plenty of business dealings with Jeremy.

haters? where do you guys think i got all this information? here is a hint.. someone with a red car never learned to shut their mouth.. and would often times expose the inner workings of PF and what JT did.. as far as him burning bridges with other shops on this board.. its just common knowledge..

so i'm not quite sure who is hating on JT

To add to what has allready been said, Jeremy has been the most helpful person in regards to customer service, I could call his cell ANY time of the day/night and he would answer and help with all of my issues/questions. I dont understand why there is people trying to "kick him while hes down"

The problem with that is your only hearing 1 side of the story. There is ALWAYS 2 sides and if someone can tell there side and not have to worry about a rebuttal then they usually tweak it to there advantage.

Doug,

what exactly is your agenda on this issue? It's already been discussed that Performance Factory had business/financial issues. that's done. It's already been discussed that the majority of his customers are satisfied with the customer service. that's done.

So, why are you fanning the flames of an issue that's really done? As far as I know, you have never been a customer of Performance Factory. Did Jeremy wrong you in the past? Would you care to share your story with us? If so, spill it. If not, let it go.....

what are you so butt hurt about?.. did the smiley bothered you that much, talk about being sensitive lol
i am more aware of his business dealing than you are aware of, a couple in particular that id rather keep them away from the thread, so really STFU.

for those here with thin skin... if there is any bashing(if you consider it) you might have heard from me, was to the red car the OP got confused with...for the reasons stated above.
