Yep I was going to make a post in the West Canada section but the pictures are all on Cams Camera. Dustin and i started at about 7pm and had it out by 3am not too shabby for a couple first timers and we stopped for pizza
. The only thing we messed up is we missed a few power steering lines so we gave them a little stretch
at 3am it could have been worse and Dustin had to drive back to Edmonton and work in the morning
. I owe him huge especially for putting up with my short temper

No, not really. I am currently working on making a fuel return system, so nothing special going on. I did order some BC coilovers..so I can't wait for those to get in. Still about a foot of snow on the ground so can't really drive the car yet. March has been unusually cold this year, just have to wait it out.
HUGE thanks to Charles (aka "phunk") @ cj-motorsports.com. He has been extremly hepfull with the fuel return setup, and encourages DIY'ers.
Something I havn't seen from any vendor here, except maybe Hal@IP.

You can also go with a smaller turbo, something like a T04E 60 trim. This is what all the STS turbo guys use. The compressor alone is 1" smaller in diameter than the 60-1 that I have under there. Just in case you have clearance issues. With low boost you could probably get in to 11's.

Might have to sell the z... you give me hope. But i am NOT looking forward to the mud...

I got a couple more things done since my last update here:
I am very happy with how the gauges/pod turned out. I wasn't a real big fan of the pillar pod prior to install, but now I am glad I too this route.
<a href="http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q204/1997KLDE/?action=view¤t=S1031168.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q204/1997KLDE/S1031168.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
Decided to do my own fuel return, OEM rails with -4an fittings at each end. Many thanks to Charles @ cj-motorsports.com. Great guy and extremly helpfull when it comes to fuel.
<a href="http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q204/1997KLDE/?action=view¤t=S1031174.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q204/1997KLDE/S1031174.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
<a href="http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q204/1997KLDE/?action=view¤t=S1031173.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q204/1997KLDE/S1031173.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
Haltech mounted and wired:
<a href="http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q204/1997KLDE/?action=view¤t=S1031176.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q204/1997KLDE/S1031176.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
Modified a non fouler and welded a fitting to if for a exhaust temp. gauge. Bolted where I left a spare O2 bung:
<a href="http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q204/1997KLDE/?action=view¤t=S1031178.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q204/1997KLDE/S1031178.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
Some minor cleaning on the engine:
<a href="http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q204/1997KLDE/?action=view¤t=S1031149.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q204/1997KLDE/S1031149.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
And this weekends project, BC coilovers:
<a href="http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q204/1997KLDE/?action=view¤t=S1031170.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q204/1997KLDE/S1031170.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
On monday I will dropp off my APS injectors for cleaning/flow testing just to make sure. Next weekend the fuel return is going in, and that should be all. Just have to wait for this never ending winter to go away.

Top of the intake valves have some crap built up too:

The fuel return kit should be done next weekend and then it will officially be ready for tuning. I have to find out how the get the crap clened off of the valves, maybe some intake/injector cleaner....have to research.

My valves were pretty gunked up as well. Seafoam maybe? I haven't researched the stuff, but there have been some threads on it recently in the Engine & Drivetrain section.
Did you just end up going with the CJ Motorsports fuel return, or piece it together yourself using some of their parts? EDIT: Never mind, just saw your post above.
