This is what you get when knowledgeable people dicussing a topic without anyone trying to nutthugg a certain product, an actual real exchange of information and ideas.

If anyone is interested, I've got some really cool articles on airbox design specifically with respect to ITB's. Alot of it is super technical, but like anything else, the more you read up on it, the more you start to see trends and can pick up on bits of info.

No problem - I should have them saved on my laptop at home. I spent most of last winter months doing lots of reading before committing lol

One other thing that came to me re: the GTR examples posted earlier. I think the S1, S2, and R1 engines all still are using a MAF sensor. The Tomei car, and other similarly powered GTR's, all convert to MAP sensor. Maybe they have found that it's far easier for them to get the vacuum signal they need from a setup like this

Dave , Adam, Charles.....it seems to me that all you guy when put together have a clear understanding of what it would take to get this thing going...

Now if Charles is going ahead as planned...then kool....but if there is a change of plans...If I could get you 3 to agree that you all could get this thing to work...and give me an Idea how much it would take to get this thing started...then I could get involved....I would rather you all pm $$$ to me.

we are gonna stick out and finish this current model since its almost complete... however, since we have all our dimensions and boundries programmed in the CAD, it wouldnt be too terribly difficult to draw up a manifold to daves and/or adams specs... matter of fact we would love to, custom one-off stuff is our favorite!

We are still playing around with our twin plenum, twin throttlebody set-up.These plenums would be easy to adapt to those ITB's, though. To use two plenums and two throttlebodies made sense given the layout of the engine and engine bay. This is one of our pet projects that is about to be dynoed. We are hoping for 800WHP at 20 psi.

A Haltech we got from Hal.You havent seen this set-up before? We use stacks inside the plenum and all that good stuff. Here it is on my car with our patented quickclamp assemblies. They handle over 1000 psi but I am only running 10 right now. LOL. We have a driver box which controls the second throttlebody. Works excellent.
