Nice work!

with the intake moved to the front, I bet a three point strut brace can be used much easier. like the Evo.

much stiffer.

so could you detail your method on choosing this design and calculating expected gains, what cams you made this with, header style...

also, stock throttle body good enough or did you contemplate using a larger bore TB? why didn't you?

what is your testing plan going to be, how will you quantify the gains, how long will testing take?

we finished all the design work, just never cut one out. when i get closer to needing one for my car (my car is a few months away from running now), or if someone decides to purchase one, its ready to go! we have to work with each customer to make sure that its going to meet their needs, as each one will be a little custom depending on those needs.

we will naturally get to it even if no one purchases now, we have just been working on catching up on our existing things as usual, along with all of our new VHR stuff.

almost finished this up.

couple updates... looks a little different but not much. picture one is the last mdf prototype and i put some elbows on the throttle just to verify it all clears the radiator fan setup etc for those who will run piping that way.

the last picture shows it on my car in the middle of manufacturing stages for test fit... notice that i will not be running an elbow on mine, im going straight into the top of the intercooler. i only had to lower the radiator a bit by modifying the bushings it mounts on... pretty easy. did have to cut off the hood latch tho! so hood pins it is.

remember we said between $2000-$3000... well thats changed. we are now looking at $1600-$2200 depending on some final things we have to arrange. i am hoping to get this as far under 2 grand as possible, almost have it all figured out.
