Project SAA3! Game On!!!
I have been to Sebring raceway with my car many times it takes time and money to run their. Central Florida road course is a slow course but it is open all the time and only cost around $75 a great place to shake down the car and make sure there's no problems. I will be at the end of Andrew Street with the guys working on the Corvettes around 12 I will walk to Andrews and see if you guys are there.
I forgot about Central Florida... I will have to try it some time.
We won't be back at the garage until Monday afternoon to finish it up.
Sebring is very expensive. It takes it's toll on your car with the bumps, and you use gas there in crazy amounts becasue of that long straight. It's hard on brakes as well. Come to think of it tires don't last long either.
A word to anyone who purchases this kit.... if you are moving fro mthe Greddy TT you will need to remove the Greddy power steering line fitting and install the OEM PS line fitting. The piping won't fit with the Greddy PS fitting.
If you have the SVRT solid engine mounts you will need a 1/2" spacer instead of the 1/4" spacer provided in the GTM kit since the SVRT engine mounts are 1/4" lower than OEM. The steering knuckle included in the GTM kit will not fit if the car is not raised 1/4" over OEM height. GTM can include another set of 1/4" engine spacers if needed I was told.
With the motor 1/4" over OEM height the GT Spec dry CF bar will fit with a few mm to spare.

I am still waing on one part from Nissan. The OEM power stearing output fitting that you have to change when you put the Greddy kit on. I now need the OEM one to fit properly. I have been waiting since Monday.
The part will be here tomorrow. The car should start tmorrow or Fri and Monday it goes to JapTrix for the FCON tune. Sebring May 2nd come hell or high water!
9 DAYS TIL SEBRING! Again!
