Jim is actually a pretty down to earth guy from my dealings with him. I honestly do not know why he continues to deal with Scott though. I know "how" Scott got in the position to do business with him though. The same way VRT did. Through Mark the Mechanic. If it wasn't for Mark doing the work for Scott, I am sure Jim wouldn't give him the time of day.

It never ceases to disappoint and disgust me when people can turn a blind eye to unethical behavior that takes advantage of other people.
It's even worse when they expect others to turn a blind eye as well.

You may worship JWT....but I dont. He is judge the same as any other company out there. May it be Pharmaceutical , Automotive or any industry......no Company has the right to turn a blind eye to the corrupt actions of their representatives.
Like I said before...I use to have the 700bb on my car and for some reason I thought the 700BB could make at least 650 whp on DD......I tell you one thing....if the JWT rep that installed it was posting it all over the Internet that it makes 650whp and all I could get was 550whp...Trust me...Jim would be the proud owner of a used 700bb turbo kit and I would get my money refunded...THATS A FACT !!
Here is some facts that it seems you are lacking......If any manufacture is aware that a representative of their company/product is misleading the public for financial gains, and there is proof that such actions have been brought to their attention and no action have been taken to modify/correct such action....company/rep are liable.
Turbo Tim has already posted that he has brought it to JWT attention.....and scott will not refrain from making false claims. Now in Jim's defense...he may have spoken to scott....I dont know,but either way... further actions seems to be needed.
I am sure you know the difference between buying a JWT turbo vs a Greddy kit.....One you have to be a dealer and the other anyone can buy one....so Greddy is free to turn a blind eye...not JWT.

Oh and looking at those pictures of Scott ... LOL at him being a UFC champ. He looks like a stiff breeze could knock him over. I'd put money on my sister-in-law in a UFC fight against him and she might weigh 115 soaking wet.
