Having an LLC does not mean you have a legal business. Hell, I should go get an LLC and start my own high performance car shop, at least I have a garage of my own...

Are you pistons sluggish? Do they make an annoying ticking noise? Do they not rotate fast enough? Here's your solution. Little do people know, factory quality piston fluid should be changed every 150,000 cycle. Our piston fluid lasts ten times that. RA high quality synthetic piston fluid meets the highest DOT standards while not being in the least bit DOT legal! RA piston fluid provides you with thousands of hours of reliable driving without the wear and tear on the flash-synchro's that the other piston fluids cause. RA piston fluid will not lose its viscosity even in the most extreme situations. Why buy that old dino-piston fluid, when you can get our unique patented synthetic formula? Satisfaction guaranteed!! For use in any RA car.

Another RA product guaranteed an extra 300whp with these products

I don't know how Tim can guarantee that. I am not going to debate with him about it, but he is speculating and really has no clue what Scott does or doesn't have.

I think Tim was pretty clear on what the state of CA requires to be a legitimate auto repair and performance shop... I would just let it go until you can prove otherwise...

Im not trying to say he doesn't know what is required. Im saying he has no clue if Scott has it. Until he can prove Scott does not have it, he is just talking out his ***. So I think he should stop posting BS until he can prove otherwise.

No problem, will do. (even though you are incorrect "again" about what my sig says) There is no claim that "I" have made, that I can not back up, just a matter of wasting my (better spent on our business and getting customers cars done) time, I still believe that even THEN, it will not be the end of your rants against VRT .

Ok. The whole bar/business license/ etc thing may not be worth the time and effort.
Follow me on this one. It's a stretch, but this is how I would have done it. I don't see any major flaws with it.

Scott may not have the bar, but that makes sense. There is not shop called Relentless Autosports. Relentless is just an LLC. LLCs are business entities really made for tax purposes more than anything.

However, I believe the recon team found the two shops that the work is being done, Bush Power Brake in National City and Dad's Garage in El Cajon. Both do have Bar Licenses. So if Scott farms out the work to Bush Power and Dad's Garage, he could get away with not having his own Bar, because he is not his own shop.

yes no?
