It really dosen't matter which way you install the BOV...however...

I initially installed my BOV the stock way, the same way you have it on...but when I got my Vortech BOV filter, it wouldn't fit with my sway bars in the way, so i had to turn the BOV around to get it to fit...it kinda pokes on the plastic cover by the wheel well, but that's good enough.......

imo chef i would loosen the pipes back up and try to slide the cast pipe down further it will sit with plenty of room between the pulley and the pipe, mine is about lined up with the dip stick, it is just alot of patience and moving and moving pipes...also that pipe running down the front that connects to the blower, just keep trying to turn it and move it around, mine sits nice... also i just took some of those plastic peices right out that serve no purpose.. i have my blow off pointed out but don't think it would really matter also

^ yea i'm trying to move and move again, but that stupid couplers are stuck piping isn't touching anything now, has little room between pulleys and pipe. But i still think that something not fit right

Edit: and that plastic, before put pipe ( blower to bov pipe ) it fits right perfect, didn't touch any plastic at that time....

i dabbed a little oil on the couplers to make them work with me too...its the toughest part moving them around so they are all right and all sealed up...might even have to move the intercooler left or right to make some pipes move..

You might have to cut that pipe to shorten in about and inch. i have seen this before. Remove that plastic part or just cut it. It wont hurt a thing.

Also sometimes if you use the longer couplings in a couple spots, you wont have to cut the piping.

Good luck!!

I think, jeremy is right. Seems like i have to cut out around .5 inch...

Blower/pipe - i can feel one side of edge is already hitting blower, but otherside has still room. If i try move the pipe, under the pipe hit under the fan or hit the one of OEM pulley.
BOV pipe/pipe- both pipes are already all the way in.

If i try move one side not to hit or fit right, otherside of pipe is hitting or not fit...lol

I think imma leave it like that untill i get to forged..
Everything is almost done about 90%...once some other parts arrive i'm ready good to go.

I have no idea, how am i going to check oil..lol

Random pics

Everything looks right, expect that one pipe( blower/bov pipe) Looks like i have to trim that plastic and turn around the BOV to put small filter.

Did you order pulley and air filter for BOV?
