Again, very, very nice. Great job!

The only place I saw the boost indicated was Rich's post. So it was 26 psi???

Thank you, Rich. I missed that.

My calculator computed 23.7 PSI assuming a 30.5% energy conversion efficiency. Putting in a 29% energy conversion efficiency gets me right at 26 psi.

That somewhat makes sense since they are probably pulling the timing back a bit or running it a bit on the rich side, which might be happening if Sharif is being conservative.

Sharif, are you willing to share the timing and AFR information?

For those who have the spreadsheet, I'm going to update the spreadsheet to also consider compression ratio in the calculation. At this point it is burried into the overall efficiency ratio, but I think it will be beneficial to have compression ratio as its own parameter. I need to find some very reliable data, generate an equation that converts the compression ratio to an efficiency percentage, and then include that in the spreadsheet. It will take a little bit of effort, and right now I am swamped at work (we're into december, and all the big companies want their patent applications filed before the end of the year), so it probably won't happen until after the first of the year.

Lol .... Sharif was VERY conservative as usual .... You know he is not going to give out that info Terry....875 whp DD is where Sharif Would have taken it to if I did not stop him.....

He had alot of problems keeping it on the dyno at. 815 whp.....I could just see the problems at 875

I agree.... I told Sharif and Sam that I wanted big power with quick spool- up.... That was really my goal. I knew they could get the power.... The other was where they had to do the math. Sharif felt the right Cam match up was the key....This went way beyond my expectation....

Danny..... Thanks..... The secret is just electronics stuff..... Need help keeping this beast on the road.

Thanks so much to all you guys and the community for supporting us throught this build..... I know the pressure was on Sharif to pull it off ... Mostly from me.....

I think I calc'd the HKS 1000cc would be good to the high 8, low 900's? I cant imagine how much those denso 1200cc ones must cost. 1600$ or more prolly

I'd have to go with precision injectors if I went any bigger for that kinda price.

this should put XKR's car in perspective.

Hal's gt4202 car makes 775 whp, traps 148mph and goes like this on the road
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s9mdt...layer_embedded

Now checkout how XKR OWNS the area under the curve AND makes more power. +300 ft-lbs! Holy sheetballs. That thing will be retarded on the street!

true, but hal will have more traction

i dunno that area under the curve means that much if you can rev the way hal car revs...i'm pretty sure it was going well over 8000rpms, pretty crazy.

Anyways, when is zdayz? soudns like it will be a while till we see dj numbers ...when you gettin the diffuser parts on?
