I have the Carbon triple......but it will not hold over 900 on sharif's dyno...and i sure as hell dont want him to find the limit on my clutch setup. I am not willing to change out the carbonetics for a race only setup....Thats why I told him when he goes for 1000whp....it has to be done on a DJ.
Sharif ordered a Sound Performance Diff support for my car. I am not taking any chances.

Mike have you considered a tilton, I have heard they hold the power but I never really heard about the drivability. I think the Injected guys run them don't quote me on that though.
I could find a home for that Carbonetics if you upgrade!

The Carbonetics is noticably smoother and will take more torque/hp, it's just quite a bit more expensive. But you do get what you pay for.

Most engine failures I have seen so far are caused by head lift, damaged bearings (that would be me ), etc. I have yet to see an instance where the stock sleeves cracked from being pushed to hard on a good tune. Maybe there is a post here somewhere where that has happened, but I have not seen it. Mike has already pushed a non-sleeved block past 800 whp on a DD dyno. Even then, I beleive that it was a turbo that failed, not a cylinder sleeve. Mike, correct me if I am wrong.

Sharif took the motor that did the 800whp run apart and inspected it before sending it to the new owner. He said that it also was in perfect shape and the internals were clean because of the 100% Meth

Sorry WHP is what I'm talking about, 800whp is with 98/meth or C16? Sorry about all the questions I'm just trying to find out what my car might be capable of next week.

With the 3.5L...it did the 800 using C16....You wont see any 3.5L VQ running anything near 800whp on pump gas.....Hope this helps.

^ your turbos are WAY smaller than than ones use on XKR's car to make 800 DJ, and you dont have enough fuel to make much past 600 anyhow.
Well kinda....
not the greatest leakdown and a new core was actually used because of a slight taper in the cylinders.
But now, all like new for a great price.
