WELL my friends, the MAF did not solve the misfire :P I looked at the gm/s on the new maf, and its in spec now, on the low side tho, about 2 gm/s at idle and 8 gm/s at 2500rpm....so im thinking it must be something else :P

A/F alpha on both banks are even (kinda lean 108%)and injector pulse widths on both banks are even so im thinknig its not an injector issue..... tested compression and that checked out... ahhhhhhhhhhh...

AthenG you have any updates?

After changing the spark plugs and some minor adjustment on my tune the misfire has gone down dramatically.. I mean it's been over 2 weeks now and no misfire yet, before I couldn't get past 2 days without getting a misfire... I think it was the spark plugs combine that with temp below freezing that cause me to misfire.

My car is still having bog down problem when the ECU try to correct my idle below 700rpm. Above 800rpm my car run smooth so I need to find a way to raise my idle. I have a revup G35 (2005) and Nissan said they couldn't do it but haven't check with infiniti.

thats good to hear your misfire is better, strange that your car bogs, should idle at 650rpm or so.

I swapped my injector #6 to injector #2 to see if the misfire moves :P

Well!!! It seems the mystery has finally been solved, I swapped the injector from the misfiring cylinder (6) with the injector on cyilnder 2, and the misfire has moved to 2. Time to contact deatschwerks.

^glad you got it fixed

I finally solved mine(cylinder 5) or think i did, i swapped coil packs and replaced spark plugs, still persisted. got a new tune and 750+miles and i have no codes. I had stupid rich afr and utec setting were jacked. apparently the utec setting were affecting it.

gl to all the others suffering from this problem
