My guess is turbo install would be around 1500-2000 then extra for tuning, but that's just a guess.

Highest so far, 46.1 mpg with Turbonetics kit/ not boosting. Not sure yet on what I get with boost. I'd say I average somewhere in the 30s w/o boost though

$7,500 will get you a sack of potatoes when it comes to FI. START by estimating double that then about 50% on top of that later

You need 20k to do it right on a stock block.. Not even joking(variables will kick you in the ***)..

TT kit, supporting mods such as: EMS, Exhaust, Plugs, Boost Controller, Turbo Timer, Gauges, clutch/flywheel, RFS, Injectors, Radiator, Carbonetic Diff, etc..... You see what the **** im talking about?? 7k will barely get you in the ****ing door..

Prolly about right starting from bone stock

turbo kit itself (plus if you upgrade it in any way)
fuel system (if your kit doesn't come with something)
EMS (if your kit doesn't come with something)
Exhaust
clutch/flywheel
gauges
install/tune (labor, labor, labor, labor, labor, labor, and labor, oh and labor)

then stuff you can decide if you need:
half-shafts
wheels
tires
astetics
labor

They're taking total miles driven divided by the size of the gas tank to get the figures
