Default Anyone have a Powerlabs kit installation manual?

Does anyone have maybe a PDF or HTML copy of the powerlab turbo kit installation manual? The fantastic folks over at Intense neglected to send me one with my kit, and they also neglected to email it to me after telling me they would, and after me PM'ing them twice.

I just got off the phone with Darren.

Are you the guy with the auto transmission? If so, he says he E-mailed the instructions to both you and the tech at your shop.

Darren and the Intense staff is out on their lunch break, but he said he will take care of this for you first thing when he gets back from lunch.

No auto transmission. Lol. I'll believe it when I see it. LOL at "take care of me first thing". Yeah, totally... pfft. Why do you think I'm asking HERE for a manual.

Hey man,

What's with the attitude??? I was just trying to help you out and get the situation resolved. So I called Darren on his personal cell on your behalf. OK... So you're not the guy with the auto trans. Regardless, I made Darren aware of your thread and he assured me that he would take care of you... whether you want to believe that or not.

BTW... You're welcome.

Oh, don't worry, nothing against you at all, I actually appreciate you letting them know. The attitude is towards Intense, not you, bro.

Well, no shop is perfect and they all make mistakes sometimes. I can tell you that Pete (IntenseSales) has been out sick lately and Darren has been taking care of the front office, phone & internet sales, and forum activity by himself. I'm confident that Darren will take care of you now that he has been made aware of the situation.

No, no, no. There's a difference between making mistakes, and just having poor customer service in general. A big difference. I work for a retail website (http://woofersetc.com) and I know a lot about what proper customer service is... they, unfortunately, are lacking in that department.

Well, there are many on this forum who would disagree with you (myself included). They are #1 rated by forum members as the place to order parts.

But everyone is human. Just give Darren a chance to make this right for you.

Well, maybe I'm just picky, but as far as I'm concerned, they didn't handle the situation I was in with them well enough.

I will still order from them in the future most likely, but I will have to make sure what I order from them is actually in stock, and that they don't accidentally tell me it's in stock when it really isn't. Lol.

Rommy,

I don't believe in excuses, so I'm not going to give you one.
You have an email with the instructions, as I just sent it to you.
Thanks for your order and your patience.

Darren, thank you, I really appreciate that. I was starting to think there was something wrong with my email. I like your beliefs about excuses. Your co-workers/employees seem to like giving out excuses a lot, so I'll be talking to you instead when I order some parts to build my engine later on. Thanks again!

Thanks for everyone's kind words.

Mark, the vac blocks are MIA right now. Somehow, during the big move we misplaced the box that held all of them. We still have more unpacking to do and are hoping to get to the bottom of it by next weekend.
