After reading these forums for hours upon hours it seems that the recommendation for getting good power is just going Turbo. My question is (and yes I've tried to search, sorry if I failed), what kind of turbo system can I have installed on my Stock 2006 Enthusiast DE AT Engine without blowing it up? This car is my daily driver, I would like to be safe without having to build the entire engine up.. I do want that massive gain in HP but it's not necessary for me to take it to the max, I don't need to be the fastest car in the state, I just want to be safe and not have the engine blow up in my face making feel stupid for going turbo.

How much Psi is safe in my situation?
About how much HP would I be looking at gaining safely?
And last, any good recommendations for turbo kits to achieve this would be appreciated.
