Default Timing Cover getting powder coated..anything I should be aware of?

Like stated, since my car will be done for a little longer I have gotten the i/c piping powder coated and want to do the timing cover (front one only) as well. I am not pulling the motor out or building it, but still want this done since I think it'll add alot to the look and make me happy. My questions are, is there anything I should be aware of when removing it, and do I need to replace anything like the front main seal or anything like that?

Jon - other than the snug guide holes, everything went together just fine. Just make sure your powder coater takes the extra time to use good plugs or you will be spending lots of time running taps through everything.
