Hi.

You can find more information on what we do in the various pages in the Shop Builds sub forum of Forced Induction.

Let us know if you need anything Dean, you will be in great hands with either Tim (SFR) or us, luckily you are in So Cal. Sorry to hear about your loss none the less.

I already sent this to you but I figured others might want to know what should be done in this type of situation.I would reccomend disassembling the head, cleaning it,cutting the valve seats, setting the valve stem heights if neccessary(will be neccessary to put new valves in) and installing new guides and seals and surfacing it.

i wouldnt trust the cams, they took a shot and after all that work it would be a shame to snap a cam and wipe out valves.

get out of the deal while you still can

I word of advice thatg no one seems to do when going with oversize valve is that you really should install new seats on these heads. the stock valve seats are maxed out with the stock valve diameters. in fact, going larger on the valves with these heads may not even be a good idea. there is a fair amount of shrouding already with the current valves. going larger will onl make it worse.

Nissan chose to go with smaller valves in the HR motors...if that tells you anything.

There is almost no shrouding on the Z combustion chamber.

I like your hours policy:

Basically, open when we're here, closed when we're not.
that is the sort of no ******** shop attitude I like to see! I can see your customers are cool with waiting around for you:

and your Z's front splitter just screams 'no ********' because, you know, you are running so many support rods to it... I count like.. 6? are there hidden ones I can't see? that would be even more no ******** and REVENGECY:

rock on man! I am digging it... digging it revenge style.

and your INTAKE MANIFOLD! you guys are so ahead of the curve you are running a KINETIX... no one is even running them on the Z right now!

that is SICK and ******** FREE! so cool... and shiney... and tubular and revenge-cy. I can tell you know what is up in the Z/G world because you are running that NO ******** plenum.

Great Shop! - Nov 10, 2008
Excellent experience! Staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honset. Wouldn't trust my car to any other shop!

I found this, which I am guessing is some sort of self-written paid posting type deal?

Revenge Motorsports was conceived in early 1998 by John Mets, with many years of thought, planning, research and training. In Jan. 2002, Revenge opened it's doors and started serving the need for a high performance shop that does high quality work with top notch professionalism in a timely manner. Unlike any ever seen before in the high performance automotive industry.
lol CLASSIC... LIKE NEVER SEEN BEFORE: NO ******** and thoughtfully planned out over many years while researching his training.

look at the outer portion of the valves.....the are right on top of the chamber walls.......also, the short turn radii in the heads are very shallow which doesn't allow for taking full advantage of the available valve opening either.
