Default how to tell when turbo seals have gone bad?

I have a turbonetics kit installed on my 03 350z. what are sign that the seals have gone bad?.... as it is right now the car is smoking but it smokes mainly when i boost and let off the gas i will get a big cloud of smoke like a light grey to bblack smoke.


please let me know if you think the seals have gone bad and if so where do you recommend me getting it fixed?

try changing your PCV valve 1st, and go from there...

I'm not 100% on this, but your symptoms seem like the classic signs of a blown seal. I think you can check to see if there is oil coating the inside of the plenum as well.

search for crankcase ventilation mods. if that doesn't fix it, then at least it will help prevent the next turbo from going bad.
