Sharif, Sandy, how about a few pics of the cars that will be attending? Post 'em up folks if you've signed up.

 

For starters, here are a few pics of Raj's car before he picked it up. I think it looks absolutely stunning with the new CE28 Limited Edition wheels we put on. Not sure if you can see it in the pics, but those are Toyo R888 265/305 combo....traction gallore.

 

Thanks for posting those up Sharif - the drive home was miserable in the rain, but I got home safely. The wheels look amazing and more importantly, I've finally got traction. I'm ready for the strip!

PS. So what do you guys think of the custom tank (which holds what I wonder)? It's all over for XKR! You folks still undecided - come out to the airstrip to see it in action. There'll be plenty of opportunities for anyone that wants a ride...

 

Dam, there is no way I can compete with all of Raj's upgrades.

I've decided to switch gears and bring my back-up vehicle.

Remember....with my boost control at its lowest setting...I am still running more boost than those 700BB can take.

BTW.....Is that a Forged Performance STB???? ANd why did Sharif put the Meth tank there??

XKR, LOL at the Forged STB. I'll ask Sharif tomorrow if the complete front clip of the car must be removed to install it,...

 

 

Dang, I tried to do a ninja edit, but you caught my post mid-stream. Ok, I know I'm not going to beat you on top end power bud, so that's not really a METH tank. It's actually my relocated coolant tank. I needed to make room up front for better trans cooling.

Meth is coming, but I'm waiting on the darned new aquamist HFS-6 to ship. George, what's going on with that - if I lose, errr I mean if I don't win by the margin I expect, I've got an excuse now!

 

Thanks ToastZ. Yep, that's the STB that Forged had to "customize" to get it to fit. You didn't think it was a bolt-on, did 'ya? Oh that's right, that was what we were told. Oh well. So yes, at this point, is very much IS a Forged STB. The only one of its kind.

BTW ...I forgot to ask Sharif about the new digital display unit that Snow come out with for their system......Looks kool.....not sure if its worth it though

 

 

XKR's low boost G35, Raj's slush box, and Toast's 1/4 Ton pickup truck.....man you guys are making this too easy for the Forged GT-R.

There are 10 signed up so far....in case anyone was wondering.

 

Toast's Truck has a better chance against me than that GTR
