The TUV is more like the FAA than the DMV. Everything that goes on a vehicle in Germany must pass inspection by the TUV. Wheels, tires, turbo kits etc. I beleive it is the manufacturers responsibility to submit it's product for TUV certification. I can almost positively say that the Greddy TT kit would never have been submitted for TUV cert. There is the oddball chance I might be wrong.

There aren´t any papers that will help you wiht the tuv. That´s a single inspection. You need a dynosheet and a carb certification. PM me maybe i can give you some adresses in germany where you can get the tuv certification. I´ll have to go to tuv as well with my gtm twins!
