I had a z with a utech, and the first time i had it tuned was at cft, and it sucked.. bad.. rough idle , no power.. then i took it to Jeremy at performance factory and he hooked my **** up.. fixed the idle and pulled liek another 100 hp out it..

Now in my g, i have a utech, and i like tecni said, i just got great power on a sharrif tune .. with almost the same build, by the same builder. so i think your power goals are very real on that build..

Neither jeremy or sharrif were cheap, but they both well worth it...

first off its UTEC.. not UTECH.. next no one bashes the UTEC.. its good for 500whp and under.. thats about it.. the UTEC has a delay going in and out of boost and thats why alot of people don't like it that much

BTW.. its Sharif .. not Sharrif

well i cant say that i have ever felt any kind of delay with either of my units.. not that i have ever looked for it , but even if it does, its not bad enough to bother me. Its perfect for what he is trying to do, people should not telling him to sell it..

due to the UTEC's crappy resolution.. he is going to get a smoother tune on a Haltech or F Con... even tuners who tune the UTEC will tell you its much easier for them to tune the others compared to the UTEC.. and the higher up in HP he goes.. the more he will need a smoother tune

my power curve was extremely smooth, i will post my chart as soon as i get it from sharif.. again, i think it more who tunes it, not what you use...

Again, Dont see what the big deal about the utec is, he stated 500 is all he is loooking for, and i really think those internally wastegated turbos and small stock downpipes or maybe the use of the stock intake manifold would be much more of a bottle neck than the engine management..

looks to me like some hks and haltech fan boys are just using this as chance to take a shot at the utec..and it seems pretty gay

Well first off, you should start by capitalizing when you start a sentence. Then not end each other sentence in (..). If you're going to do so, atleast make it a full three dots (...) so people can understand exactly how **** you are about grammar and sentence structure.

Finally, you should end your thoughts in a (.)

Are you starting to get my point?

Utec: Best bang for the buck. No "ifs", "ands" or "buts" about it.

the case is different, and the overall revup pump is slightly lighter (for more sustained high rpms) - no difference in flow or efficiency.

first off who was talking about sentence structure.. i was correcting his spelling of a product.. if you're going to run to his assistance.. at least know what the hell you're talking about

second.. stop being a UTEC fan boy.. if you took the time to read what i posted you would understand the point i was trying to convey. if you missed it.. go back and read it very slowly, you would understand that i never bashed the UTEC.... how could i? i had it for a year

third if you're having a comprehension problem to my point.. please let me know and i will try to explain it in a manner that you can understand

are you running over 500whp? Sharif will be the first one to tell you its much easier to tune the haltech and V-Pro over the UTEC.. he is not going to push the product on you based on how power you're running, but he will tell you if you ask him which one is easier to tune and make smoother.

I have owned a UTEC, E-Manage and F-Con Vpro... out of the 3 of them the UTEC was the worse with transition in and out of boost, however it was the best and safest option for the price. You may look at it as fan boys trying to shove it down your mouth, they are meerly letting you know of other options that work better with your car. again i will say this because everyone is slow about understanding it.. if you are under 500whp the UTEC is the best bang for the buck.. once you go higher.. its time to get a Haltech or V-Pro..

ask Sharif.. he will be the first one to tell you

exactly what i've been saying all along.. people are too quick to jump up and defend their products and they can't listen to what is being said..

I loved my UTEC because it was much safer than the E-Manage, but it had its flaws .. not enough to make a big stink over.. but it did its job.. but once i went over 550 whp i went with the F-Con .. let me tell you its so much smoother than the UTEC.. let sharif have you drive an F-Con car.. you will be sold.. so smooth.. but again.. the UTEC is good for what you need

Maybe you should go back and reread.. nobody said you were bashing... you just saw a disagreement and decided to try to escalate it by jumping in and insulting some one on there spelling and sentence structure..which i ignored because I am well educated , and prolly make in a day what you make every 2 weeks..and from the looks of things bashing people on the internet is prolly the only joy in your meaningless life, and i did not want to take that away from you.. but since you wanna keep going...

THE OP AKSED ABOUT HIS 500 HP BUILD, WHICH YOU JUST AGREED THE UTEC IS THE BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK FOR UNDER 500, SO WHY ARE PEOPLE TELLING HIM TO SELL IT UNLESS THEY ARE A FANBOY...

Since you never told him to sell it, i dont see why you are getting your panties all twisted..
DID YOU GET THAT ?
