Well today my engine blew up.. I was doing about 45MPH when I hear a bang and (clank, clank clank) Oil presure drop and oil started to spill under the car...

I might part out my Whole car... I think I'm done with it...

Also I need a stock motor (low miles) If some one has one or knows some one please let me know....

What do you guys think it happend?

nop I was not boosting @ the time .....I'll get some pics tomorrow My car got towed to my job tonight and tomorrow I'm bring it home...

I just install a New turbo 2 weeks ago from turbonetics (old one was leaking oil)

 

been there and one it twice. i say build it and drive it into the ground and get your moneys worth out of it. no sense in fixing it, getting raped on the resale and then getting a car slower than what you had.

 

I know but I think If I keep it.... to keep it NA...

I have tons of good parts on the car and just install a NA motor and sell the car...

I think on less than a year I put over 12K on the stupid turbo... (re-tune, 2 bad turbos, bad map sensor, and now this....

What ems?? What boost controller? I know you were in boost/Redline/WOT at some time after you installed the new turbo, yes?

9 psi, Utec, 387....

 

UTEC, Utec map selector @ 9 psi...and yes I was boosting in the past 2 weeks

After the Part out what will u get? You have a Defi boost gauge? Any PSI hit above 9? Did you check your dip stick lately since you were having oil leak??

dang that sucks, a lot of money and time probably went to the build.. only to vanish within 2weeks..

get rid of it and get a factory turbo'd car and sell the parts to US!

 

The leaks were all fix ... greddy boost gauge never read over 9psi... I allways check that

 

60K on motor and about 10K on FI

 

So it was tuned by Julian with leaks?

 

Ill keep you in mind for it.. I just can't do that right now
