I did a instal on Cosworth intake and it is resting on the AAM fuel rails, about 1/8" to 1/4" gap from the Cosworth to the lower intake.
I have the AAM rails spaced up to fit the full size RC 750 injectors.
The Cosworth install instructions says to stack gaskets, I dont want to make that much of a gap with gaskets.
Or use a phenolic spacer, has anyone else run into this issue?
Or used this spacer?
Thanks guys,
Kevin

I not sure what your talking about? Does it space the injectors or the intake?
This is from another thread....
The reason I am asking is that with the CJ Motorsports fuel rails and HKS injectors, I needed the Injected Performance spacer between the intake runners and the Cosworth plenum to get adequate clearence for the Cosworth plenum to fit over the fuel rails

+1
I also needed the Injected Performance spacer for my CJ Motorsports fuel rails with the HKS injectors.
Evidently, with Deutchworks injectors you don't need it.
Also, it is my understanding that you can use taller injectors, such as the HKS injectors, if you use the Cosworth fuel rails, but I have been informed not to use the Cosworth fuel rails if you are going for high HP. There is concern that they won't flow as well as some of the other aftermarket fuel rails.
