I currently have a Greddy TT setup,
A local guy has the APS Tallboy (discontinued) for sale, and i'm going back and forth between that and the Cosworth.
I heard the cosworth cannot hold pressure due to the CF "bolt-on" endtanks.
Please chime in with your two cents.

Almost everyone will have a stock intake (the piece that sits under the lower plenum), I had mine smoothed out a bit to remove some of the rough casting material to make it flow better though.
If what you are asking about is the upper plenum (where the charge pipe connects), there are a bunch of options. I have the APS Tallboy (discontinued now), it has shown proven gains and allows max flow. The Cosworth is great as well, but is pricey and had issues in the past holding high boost (that may have been corrected now) and being on chronic backorder.
There are also guys running the stock plenum with a spacer and making big power as well (Alberto). Its as much about how you want it to look and what you want to spend as much as it is about function. BTW, if you go APS or a spacer you may need to change your strut bar to the APS or a Cusco flat bar in order to clearence the hood.

Yeah luckily Alberto is local for me, and a friend of mine, he was first to tell me about the Cosworth holding pressure issue.
And to clarify, i'm talking about the Upper Plenum, I know a lot of guys install the MREV2 lower plenum on their 05-07, but I think the 03/04 already has good flow, aside from port/polish.
APS tallboy is about 1/2 the price of the Cosworth.
How much of a difference is the APS versus OEMw/Spacer?
And I wont run into any problems with strut car clearance, I own a G so there is none
I'm posting here in the Z forum since most of the G forum guys go for looks.

OP-I know you?
After one of my friends had 2 diff Cosworth plenums leaking at 17+psi I wouldnt go that route.
I run a 1/2" spacer with factory upper. Looks nice and never leaks. With a 1/2" spacer you will need to run a different STB (if you have a Z). It also rubs my hood some.

Missed you at the FT meet, BigSlim said you had throwout bearing issues.
Ray Dyno'd my car 2 weeks ago, he said he thinks the rear is already re-geared, he said you did the same, maybe you could drive mine?
Yeah I sent you a message awhile back. You had a black Probe, I had several, and you still lived by UMBC.

sent you a pm.

I'm running MREV2 + 5/16" Motordyne Spacer, on Vortech V3 9psi (3.12 pulley)
For what it is worth... we run the a Cosworth intake manifold on our drag 350Z, at 30+psi without issue. Also, you can find one on Wongy's stroker G35 making over 600,700,800+whp that showed nice gains on back to back dyno pulls, and I run one on my Z without issue with significant gains.
My experience is the more powerful the car, the greater the gains with the Cosworth plenum.
