- WOW. I read it all and I can't believe that kid. He obviously wants to try and cheat the seller out of tuning and dyno expense, but doesn't want to get flamed for it. Unfortunately I have delt with at least 2 sellers like this on our forum as well. Asshats are everywhere.

If the seller had taken western union, cash or money order none of this would have happened. Take it as a learning experience (for those who don't already know). Although I would definitely pursue this in small claims court. It would be a slam dunk, no doubt.

oh and it gets better, this is what he was doing w/ the guys kit

http://g35driver.com/forums/drag/286...ml#post4255590

he also said he made 400rwhp w/ those 330cc injectors, so i guess scott did the tuning

after i called him out on it, he changed it to 370rwhp and 370cc injectors def sounds like fRAud to me

OR...

- Kid buys used "FULL" TT Kit for $4,000. (A Full TT kit comes with 440cc injectors)
- Kid finds out he didn't get 440cc injectors, but he got 370cc injectors.
- Kid tries to contact the seller, because he wants some of his money refunded, because the add stated it was a full tt kit, which means it comes with 440cc injectors, but he only got 370cc injectors.
- Seller ignores him because he doesn't want to refund anything
- Kid finally reverses the transaction because he's been ignored for 6 months.
- Seller finally comes out of hiding and wants to talk. Only because his money is missing. Seller should have responded months ago.
- Kid should just give the difference back (3700), but he's stalling. Probably doesn't have the money anymore and is trying to get it.
- The Kid will pay the $3700..., eventually.

It's both peoples fault. The kid had every right to reverse the transaction. The kid didn't get what the seller was advertising, and the seller was ignoring him. The kid couldn't reverse just $300, he had to reverse the whole thing. The kid should def give him the difference in money back immediatly, and not wait like he's doing.

cliff notes:
Sounds like they both tried to pull a little fast one and the buyer got the best of the situation when the seller didn't respond prolly thinking the transaction couldn't have been reversed... Seller (would have lost a measly $300 instead is now beat for the entire kit)! Communication is the Key!

The buyer said he is not even sure what size the injectors are??? They might be 440cc for all he knows they never had them flow tested the tuner just thinks they are not 440s i would have them flow tested its the only way to prove they are not 440cc

good lord!!!!!!!!!!!! this kid is a theif!!!!!!...........first of all the kid never knew what size the injectors were.......then he kept saying that the sellers post said full greddy kit which it was even if the inj. size was different.........and then the kid still hasn't gave back the money after the seller told him to keep $200 to make up for the difference...........plus there is no way that the smaller inj. are going to blow his engine as long as it was tune on a dyno with someone that knows what they are doing.........besides reguardless of what size inj. are in the kit $4k is a steal i would just ate the extra $200 for bigger inj.

The buyer could have reversed the full amount and then paypaled back $3700 if that was his intention. I think he planned to keep both $4000 and the turbo kit until he started getting flamed for it. If that happened to me I would be standing on his door step not posting about it on the internet.
+1000

The buyer could have sent back the $3700 but hasn't, so it's an obvious fraud eligible for a day in court and/or a world class beat down.
