Just be careful, once the turbo sees that no gauges are in the car they tend to burn through your blinker fluid faster.

Yes its fine. Is it ideal? Just depends if you know what to look for without gauges.

if your tune is spot on, you dont need any gauges I never look at my AFR gauge anymore. I only periosically look at my oil pressure and fuel pressure. As long as those are good, i can more than feel if my AFR is off.

doug is just being is usual hateful self. there is absolutely no reason you cant run for 5 days without gauges. I assume the car is being dyno tuned. You can double check its running fine for yourself. And I bet you are paying very good money to get it right.

1) do you feel comfortable telling him to boost when you don't know if his tune is spot on

2) anything can change a tune.. temp... bad sensor... i know i've run into situations where my AFR was 10:1 and i wasn't boosting or WOT .. but at least i knew what the hell all the black smoke was about

3) how am i hating if i'm telling someone to error on the side of caution? if i was being a hater wouldn't i say go boost the living **** out of your car without gauges?

you guys feel because 1000 run without gauges its a good idea to be boosting without gauges.. as i said before.. many guys have sex with hookers with no rubbers and never get an STD.. while a percentage of them do.. question is what side of the fence do you want to be on? at least you have Oil Pressure/Fuel Pressure gauges to check.. he has 0 .. nada.. nothing.. i can't tell how many threads i seen on this forum from TN Kits overboosting or a car went lean and blew the motor

Take it easy with the car and you should be fine if the shop you got it from did a good job with it.

If the car isn't running well, I'd wait till you can get the gauges hooked up.

LOL-and you also never rag your car, when was the last time you even hit boost in it?

Boost/wideband minimum IMO
