Install costs generally vary for twin turbo kits between 2k to 3k, depending on location and labor rates. As alan21 noted, you need to supply more fuel than the stock system can supply. An experienced installer will get you squared away.

well since the guy is asking for advice here are some thoughts

650cc injectors - although big for a stock setup it is doable with the Utec and tune, you may just experience some hard hot starts, if you want to get rid of that and make driveability a bit easier for the Utec to handle I would sell them and get 440's

Fuel pump - I would at least get a walbro and modify the fuel pump assembly per this http://www.cj-motorsports.com/342install.htm

Install around here would be around 1500 plus tuning

Being a used kit you want to go over it carefully and make sure all parts are present to avoid issues at install time

I did this on my z myself with some buds and I went with 750cc injectors and walbro... You need more fuel regardless.

If you can install it yourself you'll save a ton of money because all sorts of little things come up, plus all the new fluids, heat wrap, tune depending on who you go to. Make sure you get one degree colder spark plugs.

There's a good write up in the DIY section for this kit on a Z. Read through that pretty closely, lots of good information.
