UTEC injector pulse width question
Hey guys, so I had a quick question about injector pulsewidth on the utec. Ive noticed that sitting at idle my AF ratio will creep up towards 16ish, sometimes 17, then slide back down to 14.7. This happens maybe every 20 sceonds or so. Anyways I tried adjusting the value in the 0% column.. 500rpm and 750rpm, but it doesnt seem to have any effect...
Anyways, on to my question, lets say the injector pulse width value for 500rpm in the 0% column is -10 and 750 is -12. At 650rpm, is the value going to be -10 up until it hits 750rpm, then change to -12, or does it somehow scale?... hopefull you get what im asking.
Just curious.. as I idle at ~650-700, Im wondering if I should be adjusting just the 500rpm column or the 750rpm column as well.
Thanks,
Aaron

That is not a Utec issue. My idle has always been around 14.7 on both bank. I had this problem a while back where my A/F will spike to 17:1 for a short period of time and will misfire too. I couldnt figure it out until the vacuum leak finally showed up or got worst that I could hear it. It turn out that my Catch Can was leaking so after sealing that my car run like stock again and hasn't had any misfire in 2 months.
