Am I crazy or do I remember seeing aps selling 2.5" downpipes? Im looking on their website and they only have the 3.5" now.

I believe you are correct. There were 2 sizes and then when they redesigned the tuner kits they changed the manifolds and down pipes to be similar to the extreme kits. I think this is also when they discontinued the single as well.

Mmmm well yes, i know they have the 2.5" test pipes that bolt to that cast flanges off the turbo, but im PRETTY sure they used to have 2.5" downpipes... because im PRETTY sure they are on my car rofl, but im not 100% and im too lazy to put my car in the air at the moment.

I have a tuner kit that I installed almost 2 years ago, so that was probably the old tuner kit. Im assuming they didnt include 3.5" downpipes with the tuner?

The old tuner kits had a manifold, a mid-section pipe and then another pipe connecting to the exhaust. The online directions for install at the APS website used to show the old setup. I had to call to make sure I had the right kit when I opened it and had a brief moment of excitement when I thought I was shipped an extreme kit by mistake, until I opened the intercooler and it wasn't 5" thick.

Oh... so you are saying the new tuner kits come with the 2.5" downpipes? On the aps website it shows the flange adapter for the stock cat/test pipes under the parts list for the tuner kit.

The new ones come with 3.5" downpipes that mount direct to the turbos on one side and the exhaust on the other.

Hmmm so there never was a tuner kit that came with 2.5" downpipes (bolt straight to turbo, bypasses cat and bolts to exhaust)? If thats the case I must have the 3.5".... because mine goes straight to turbos -> exhaust. Thanks for the help...sorry for my lazyness, ill just go take a look and measure it.
