ttg35fort - I have never seen that MAF sensor before. It sounds like that might be the key to using the Orsiris for boost. I guess I need to do more research, the Orsiris is starting to look more attractive now. Is there any way to use that MAF with the UTEC, so that I dont have to use a MAP sensor at all?
Osiris + HPX sensor is what they uses for tune FI cars. If recall, stock sensor is limited out at 380whp(?). But i have no idea on HR model tho, HR model has two MAF sensors, so " i'm thinking " whey they reflash ECU via osiris, may not needed on HR model yet ( i looked over GTM's build that used osiris, it says upgraded MAF on DE build but not on HR. I might not right, wish george can throw an answer about it.

we have tuned an HR with GTM kit to 426 RWHP on a Mustang dyno which would be around 460-470 on dynojet with stock MAF's

I would run it blowthrough after the intercooler. This is because when you let off of the throttle you get stumbling and running rich because it has already metered the air coming in from the turbo if it is ran before the turbo, when you let off the gas and the blow off valve dumps the air the ecu still thinks that much air is coming in. This is why I am sure some people have stumbling problems that I have read about.
