HELP - No Throttle response - TN single turbo kit
ok so here's my problem,
i own a 2003 Z equipped with the TN single turbo kit.
car was running fine , until i had to go with an engine swap (broke a piston ...)
to make a long story short, i can turn on the car but there's no throttle response ( battery and CEL are on but not VDC...)
i used Cipher , ECU is throwing code number :
P2122 Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor
P2128 Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 2
Also the car is in limp mode since its idling at 1500 RPM.
i already searched the forums, some guys here tried replacing the MAF and TB and they still had the same problem.
i tried to reset the ECU , and still have the same problem...
i checked the wirings, everythins is fine.
so i really don t know what to do !

When you check the wiring, did you pull off the plastic covers around the pins and check for any corrosion of any sort. I went through the TB and APP sensor replacements and had no luck.
I finally cleaned every single pin with a tiny abrasive brush and then put di-electric greade on all connection point, both the ecu and the app sensor connectors, and I have had no problem since.

Sounds like you can simply fix issue via cipher. I'm still figure leaning using cipher. if you not familiar using cipher, ask uprev to walk thru with you. I'm sure jared or rich will happy to help you. Let us know.
