The ATI pulley is supposed to help dampen torsional vibration. The slightly larger diameter would give you ever so slightly more belt traction as well as overdrive all of your accesories, including your supercharger so boost would increase slightly.
Hmmmmm......
According to Stillen (And Eaton), anything over 8PSI is just pumping super heated air at that point, and asking for issues because that size blower isn't ment to be spun much faster then the stage 4 pully spins it at. (Don't remember the exact RPMs off hand, but i remember stage 4 is dangerously close to maxing that little blower out).
Also i'm surprised to hear you are seeing 10PSI with headers and test pipes. The Roots style Stillen blower needs/uses the stock exhaust back pressure. Stillen will tell you all day long that adding headers and/or test pipes will significantly reduce power output.
So basically whatever you may be gaining by spinning the blower hard enough to get to "10 PSI", you are surely loosing with that exhaust setup and the gobs of super heated air coming out of the over worked blower. You're probably significantly running worse then a stage 4 setup on stock exhaust.
I know it sounds like i'm trying to call BS, and maybe to some small amout i am. But something just doesn't add up with why you'd dump all those extras onto a small blower that won't safely yield anything significantly extra for you over 8PSI! Go to Eaton's site, do the math, the numbers don't lie. They've been making blowers for a while now!
I'm curious what your track times are.
I love my Stillen, but i know it's limits too!

I am not using the stillen piggy pack to run my setup, Im using the Haltech. Boost pressure is not everything as long as you have a good tune. I get mine tune for ever upgrade an seen increase in power every time. With a good tune you will get increase in power with your mods. There are ways to get way more power out of it than what stillen says!!

I know you think you know everything about this charger but Im sorry that you dont. I have had this thing since 06, and I have research and found out what works with the stillen S/C. I have no reason to LIE... This S/C does suck if you dont do any upgrades and keep it the way you bought it from stillen. I am still adding upgrades, I have three more mods that I can do and if they work I will be glad to let you know and If they dont I will be glade to let you know also. So far every up grade that I did adds power and with NO problems. Like I said I have no reason to put out bad INFO... PM me if you want to know how I did it.

Bump...Keep us updated on this. I know you have put a lot of hard work into that charger. I would like to see the final outcome. And come down to the valley and watch you run.
I will, I have an appointment with IP next week to get the pulley installed and tuned. I will let you know the out come..
Whats the verdict? I spoke with someone at ATI about a dampner and he did not know what I was talking about. It would seem that you would need a overdrive pulley to make it work.
