I think one of the problems that I have been having with my Vortech setup is the low end power. I have been trying to get my setup right foe a while now and have spent more than my fair share of money on things in this regards so I'm looking for something that I possibly haven't done yet other than rebuilding my block. I just need to find the missing link to what I could be missing. All the stuff below is what I have in my car as of now, Hal is there anything bolt on that I could be missing out on?

Hal is the ATI pulley your selling 7.074?

Dawk what is your personal opinion about the pulley in regards to S/C performance?

Hal you mentioned his boost and low end torque went up, though his high end went down due to his supercharger. You also mentioned he needed a longer belt. What size belt?

Hal, How would this ATI pulley work in regards to a vortech t-trim supercharger? Also, could you send me a PM of when you would have time for me to drive out there this week possibly.

Sajazzman,
The pulley is 6.780" diameter, and being that the pulley is larger than stock you will be required to fit longer belts. Dawk is using some custom SC pulleys combined with UR pulleys, so his belt size will not help others.

This will raise your boost, but keep max rpm and efficiency of your blower in mind as well.

Would the larger ATI pulley work better than the 6.780? I have also been trying to find out the diffrence between the HPX MAF and the PMASS MAF? What is the difference in both or are they the same?

I am not certain if you could even fit it. The 6.78 is rather tight as is.

The ATI pulley works great, you just need to figure out your max RPM of your superchager. There is a fomular out their that can figure your boost pulley to crank pulley ratio that would give you the RPM that your supercharger is spinning. By adding the ATI pulley on my setup its overspinning my charger. But keep in mind that I have a custom made boost pulley also. I will have to get my supercharger ported to get the ratio that Im using to run proficient. I think this is the fomular (Crank pulley size / Blower pulley size x step up ratio) x max rpm . Hope this can help you..
