Default Oil pressure sending unit

My oil pressure sending unit failed again, this is the second time since turbos were installed, anyone else having failures?
The OEM replacement is $90, is there one for a different model that works and is cheaper?

honestly you cant afford a 90$ part? with all your mods you think you wouldnt complain about a simple part.

Found one for $62.00 here. Maybe you could try one from a maxima or something; they're cheaper.

edit: guess it would have helped if I had posted the link (doh!). Let me see if I can find it again...sorry.

I bought one for an 04 Maxima, totally different and would not work. Maybe a Pathfinder unit. (EDIT) I found one for $76 shipped. Online I found a unit for a Pathfinder priced at $14 and another 67, I'm thinking that the cheap one is a switch for a light the other for pressure.

Some senders are resistance based, some voltage - with different wiring. I don't see how you can mix and match that way...

I wonder if you're overheating your oil? Strange that you go through senders like that.
