Unhappy stillen sc help

alright well i guess i didnt know what i was getting into when i bought the stillen sc for my 03... i thought if u just kept adding performance parts you would keep gaining hp.. guess that isnt the same with stillen sc huh? well seeing how i have a HKS true dual exhaust sitting in my room there really is no need to be getting headers and HFC b/c if i do i will loose hp right? I have about an extra 1k i can spend now.. what should it be on? im thinking CAI, dont have one of those yet...

I think you should read up on superchargers a bit. I don't understand why you would lose HP by going with an exhaust and headers. Superchargers generally work better with free flowing exhaust.

You can add the exhaust and do the bumper tuck. But, don't waste the time on the headers and cats. You won't be happy.

As for add-ons: Stillen intake. Maybe HSK ignition. And, Stage 4 kit.

Well this is the deal with the stillen S/C, you can add exhaust and CAI but for the headers you must have stillen to send you another piggy back box that will accommodate for the headers. The thing with the stillen S/C is that you cannot tune it, thats the reason why you can't just add any mods. but if you get an aftermarket EMS then you can add whatever and then tune it for the mod and see HP gains. I have the Haltech running my S/C.

Stillen needs backpressure, and tons of it. It likes your stock exhaust, your stock headers, your stock everything.

Im at 320hp on a Dyno Dynamics and 384hp on a mustang dyno, but I think the Dyno Dynamics is a more accurate dyno then all the others even though it reads the lowest. I know there are guys saying they are at 400rwhp but I guarantee its not on a Dyno Dynamics, some maybe but not all.

Well when I had my Stillen supercharger, I had 420 injectors, methanol injection, utec engine management, the front pulley cut down to 2 3/4" running 7.8 lbs boost and the best dyno dynamics run of 301.2 RWHP and 298.4 Torque with an ambient temp of 73 degs.
