Default anyone with stri boost gauge or with knowledge. please help.

i just installed my stri boost gauge this afternoon. looks like everyting fired up normal with arm moving up and down soon as i crank up the car. i have set my max boost to 9lb, but my gauge reads -20to-30 at start and while i'm driving it moves to -10. i am using vaccum block to feed it to the boost sensor. do i need to split before the vacuum block or going thru block is ok? please any feedback will be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

It will show vacumn as long as you are out of boost. Once you go into boost, then it will read above 0 into lbs for you. Running the sensor out of a vacumn block is fine for what you described, many people use vacumn blocks to keep everything nice and clean as well as having a central location for the main connection point.
