Labor for each and every part installed $10k?
Tune $1.5k?

30k is nice build but this build is 40k

 

theres alot of work to go from a shortblock to the actual motor you drop in your car.. i dont think most people realize that....

all those parts shouldn't take a week. Two days, three tops for tuning (maybe). I'd take her home and buy sh*t and diy. Those are actually some of the "easier" fixes and can be almost fun (especially when you don't have to wait and can save a buunch of $$).
