yeah.. nothing is good with a OC engine... think about it... you putting a SC = stress ... your engine will be working harder therefore consuming a lottt more oil than you previously were... thats a big BOOM BOOM

No it will be fine if you keep it under 500 horsepower.

Dude are you serious? I have read your other threads and you seem to have some major issues with your engine. You have talked about putting a Cosworth engine in your car, different built motors, replacing rods and pistons and now you want to just keep what you have and throw a supercharger in it? You need to stop the bleeding. You have an engine that is consuming 1.5 quarts every 850 miles. You need a new engine. All this other talk is just you dreaming.

Unhappy

i know i mentioned about buying another engine...but if i had to wait ONE YEAR before purchasing my race engine, will my OC engine last a YEAR with a s/c on it with around 350 whp? I change the oil/ add some whenever it is hungry. Sorry I should have been more precise on my question i was asking. I finally have everything figured out for my Z's future and I know im a noober nooby noob

I'd be more concerned about your current engine lasting till the end of this year without any additional parts. Your cart is 10 states ahead of your horse.
