my 2011 and Beyond! build thread.
you r going to be in for a nice shock when you go to install that kit. if a shop is doing it, make sure you get the absolute total in writing up front. and dont expect your car back any time soon.
nothing in particular, just little things, like not much lining up as well as a production kit (greddy, aps, etc), very tight clearances when they may not have to have been, etc. see Cab350z post for some suggestions. If everything is still in parts, I'd consider using Sound Performance's passenger cold side pipe routing.
I've heard that Forged wont even do those kits anymore because they cant charge what they'd need to for labor since its more work than a typical TT

Interesting.
I'd like to hear what TurboTim thinks as well as Sharif.
I couldn't find that SP part on their website, mind giving me a link?
P.S. Car is finished with paint and looks hot.

I meant to say, you had to fabricate the cold side yourself like SP does. That flex tube works, but I think that the hard pipe that SP uses is probably better, and easier to route.
20/20 hindsight says V-banded turbos/headers woulda been worth every penny for an upgrade.
