well this build experienced a lot of delays do to multiple reasons that I wont get into but i'll just say at the moment i am the owner of 3 turbo kits.
First off here is my updated build list for the engine:

GTM Twin Turbo Tuner Kit Stage 1 (GT28RS Turbos) *
Synapse BOV *
Tial Wastegates *
Cosworth Intake Manifold *
Deatschwerks 850cc Injectors *
Walbro Fuel Pump *
Cosworth Fuel Rails *
NGK Iridium One Step Colder Spark Plugs *
Power Enterprise Oil Pan *
ARC Oil Catch Can v1 *
Fast Intentions 2.5" True Dual Exhaust *
Fast Intentions 3" Test Pipes *
Fluidyne Oil Cooler *
DEFI Boost Gauge Amber *
DEFI Oil Pressure Gauge Amber *
DEFI Water Temp Gauge Amber *
DEFI Gauge Controller *
DEFI VSD Concept *
Haltech Engine Management System *
Haltech Dual Wideband Controller *
Haltech Boost Solenoid Controler*
Haltech Dual Wideband Gauge
OS Giken Twin Plate Clutch & Flywheel *
OS Giken SuperLock LSD *

The car was dropped off at JER Development in Westminster, CA this week and should be complete in a week to 2 weeks. Initially I was going to have corner3 garage do the install and Church's tune the haltech but due to some time constraints I have decided to take it to another shop. I can't say enough about the guys at corner3 they have great customer service for anyone wondering. JER is a small shop thats mainly known for their work in the 300zx community.

Anyways I had them do a base dyno on the car today at the shop using a dyno dynamics before the turbo kit is installed. Mods on car for base dyno were cosworth plenum, stock 06 airbox, FI 3" test pipes, FI 2.5" true dual exhaust without a tune. Stock revup engine has over 10,000 miles on it.

I'll update in a few days with pics of the tear down and installation.

Congrats... Hope all goes smoothly for you from here on out.

One question, how much power are you thinking. I'm assuming you have a RFS and wonder if the single pump will be your limiting factor.

I dont have a full RFS at the moment, just cosworth fuel rails. Cass007 i have a stock block so 400whp is my goal which seems pretty obtainable even on a dyno dynamics.

Just wanted to give an update:

-All piping is installed
-Fuel Rails Installed
-Injectors Installed
-Fuel Pump installed
-Spark Plugs installed

-Currently installing 60mm DEFI gauges

Up next is the haltech bits, oil cooler, oil catch can, and then they begin tuning. =)

Nice!

No matter how much planning you do there always going to be little pieces you have to order.

I ordered my turbo kit without the TiAL BOV so I can save a few bucks (I already had the synapse) and the piping came with the 50mm flange that works with the TiAL but not the synapse. Vibrant makes an adapter to fit the Synapse which I ordered for overnight delivery just to find out I failed to realize I was also going to need the TiAL V-Band Clamp and O-Ring for their 50mm bov. Had to just order those parts for next day delivery. There goes my savings :P

I hear you. It can be an endless money pit as things add up or something new comes out. I had a pretty good build the first time, now I want more boost and some stronger parts for tracking.
