I hope you get that tune!! BTW, I cannot ship my car to Kuwait its not going to be paid for by the Army. Also, I know what its like to drive on the Autobahn so those speeds get normal after doing it a while. Its like you get numb to it. Kuwait is a Awesome place!!

"audio connection to the tuner who is instructing them what to do, and should be comfortable watching gauges and listening to knock-monitors."

that can be manageable maybe through "msn, skype, oovoo" something like this right ? so tuner B can talk with tuner A !

say it i got a Haltech is it compatible with HKS AFK 2 banks, navigator ?
No, it would be extremely difficult to do things such as driveability tuning just sending charts back and forth. Ideally you want the tuner logged into the dyno computer, which also has engine-tuning software on it (connected to vehicle).

Assuming HKS wideband has 0-5v outputs, then yes - it is compatible with Haltech. The Haltech accepts dual wideband inputs, and even o2 corrects each bank individually based on the different widebands.

There would be too much of a delay for this to work safely/effectively. I would not recommend it.

Maybe you just need to learn to tune yourself, if you are building cars and think you can not trust a tuner in your local area. I don't see why people spend loads of money on a car and have no idea how to work on it.

Hello,

Let me be an example of your situation, I have tuned my car in San diego which is about if not the exact same sea level and barometric pressure where GTM is. I have the car here now in Jeddah, KSA. I am running Haltech and Have tuned all comp maps. as soon as it arrived i did a log with thier 95oct here which is bad. their system is based on is on Nom I believe. I was seeing around 1-1.5v of knock but spike or two in a whole run. I also let the car idle and cruise and everything neccessary to look for changes from what i have tuned. and all numbers i wanted were perfect. I pulled 2degrees of timing in certain area's to be worry free.

I recommend on installing a meth kit, your o2 have them have a maximum disenrichment of 10% and thats all you need. it will bump up your octane level and help with IAT.

hope this helps.

regards,

Sultan
