Sorry to hear about your dad I hope he is doing ok and i hope things start to go better on the TT install.

really? thats simple

just undo the clip holding the line to the flat mount. that will let u pull the hardline thru the hole and give you all the room you need.

Get it made into a flexable steel braided line or if you have the flare tool you can build a hard line. I crushed my PS hard line when installing my engine all it took was some tubing and a flare tool to make a new one I cut the old one and reused the end nuts.. If you take the hard line to a hose shop I am sure they can make you a steel braided one with the same ends or a hard line that is a little longer and you can bend it yourself to fit properly.

TODAY was full of win. Took The clamp out , everything fell into place... for the most part. LOOK! Both turbos are in, and for the most part hooked up, all that needs to be done is intercooler piping, charge piping, fuel pump and electronics.... pictures

Btw Rich I solved that problem... i may only have 2-3 mm of clearance but its still clearance !

However there was not all win...

For some reason they put thread sealer on this piece and it would not turn properly unless it was removed... I tried to remove it and this

Happened. Retrospect i probably could have just moved a pulley but this seemed like less work...

Oh well.. Off to mopac I go that is all for now

I think he is waiting till the build is 100% wrapped up to avoid the Sylvan/Cass fail thread situation

Why is your intercooler sitting much lower then mine?

Edit: it might just be the pictures but it still looks lower...

Rich, For the oil pump did yours fit right in... or did you have to drill holes?

That does sit low, this is what my looks like:

The lower port (inlet in my case) just clears the bumper and have just enough room for the splash guard.

ya its low. on my todo list of things to modify but not a priority. Those welded tabs on the back of the IC pretty much dictate where the IC sits and my end tanks are differnt than yours.

But ya, the way it is now, I cant use my undertray.

You'll need to use some self tappers to mount the pump.

This thing. Oh man, this thing. PITA. I almost hulked out and ripped it in two. Holy hell, this frustrated me more then any other piece of the install.

Do not need to worry about it now though.

The Scavenger pump was much easier then i thought it would be.. My only concern though is that it i wont be able to get the plastic covers back over.

It doesnt look like i will be able to get the starter ground back on.. is there another way i can reconnect it?

So the passenger turbo side is full mounted....

and I had to get creative with an old Nismo CAI that I had... SFR gave me the wrong length pipe OR flex tubing, i dont know which but it was actually not a hard fix.

I really hope you have that car supported better than just that jack on the lower control arm.

No... there are 4 jack stands... each on a control arm.
I took them down for that picture but there are also cinder blocks placed strategically too
